On my previous account I had 162hrs on this bad boy! After being emmersed into this game, I could tell this is the best (and it is credited for that) WW2 game out there. Its sister game, Rising Storm 2 (after the Rising Storm DLC) is a great game, but doesn't step close to the amazement and ore I got out this game. It has loads of mods, from custom maps, skins, and even FACTIONS (Heroes of the West). The arsenal is huge, and the default Russian\/German stronghold maps are glorious! The Rising Storm maps (USA\/Imperial Army) are still amazing, but, more graphically intense, and nowhere near as fun to play on.So, my averaged specs would be: 4gb RAM, i3 2nd Gen, GTX420 (maybe) and Win7 x64. However, I found this game ran smoothly (60fps av.) on 4gb I5 2nd Gen, GT1030, Win10 x64 (my specs). But, be warned, this game is notorious for its\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665patches. I came across an issue where the game refused to load. But, I fixed the DirectX problem it was having by installing Rising Storm 2, then reinstalling RO2\/RS.My quick disclaimers: This game is hardcore stuff. You need a few hundred hours and lots of fps experience to cope with the damage mechanics and environment. I suggest training yourself if you want to master this game, because, to this date, I am still average compared to Veterans who have been playing this\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665for years.Anyway, buy it when IT IS ON SALE (waste of money and ripoff when it is on standard retail prices), and good luck.English_Sniper. This game is brutal. Try and run and gun and you will die in seconds. Tactics are imperative and listen to the squad leaders - they will issue orders for attack\/defence.Very addictive game and I still play it now. Just fabulous.. One of the best WW2 games ever made. A couple of years ago when this game was released i had a good time playing with others who had a positive and fun way of enjoying the game without all the dramatic narcissism ego's and the dramatic tantrum fits that you see today.The game back then was more fun than it ever is today. It's pretty easy to get someone to go off all cause of how uptight and serious some can beespecially when they are just using a friend to go on the other team and report positions over discord or skype.that is still cheating and it is ruining the game.Also not surprised that some are still acting as if this is classic gamespy counter strike...I need to use a AIMBOT! and somehow be able to kill someone over 300m away with a MG! or some other rifle and or use a tank get into any gunner seat point em at a player from far away then switch back into the commander seat and let them pretty much just fire on the players from over 190 - 200m away or do it yourself cause even though the AI bot kills in tanks still count towards the players kill count just to hide their cheating. This was done a long time ago as well nothing has changed. Though it is annoying when someone camps in a tank and just lets the bots freely kill everything cause the bots are horribly created with such bad path coding and all.There isn't much left to say about this game's toxic cancer player side.. game gives me motion sickness, game on default is capped at 60fps. You can fix it but it will still feel like 60fps, idk why.. "Old Is Gold", you just can't compare this to RS2 Vietnam... The overall shooting system, the immersion It has. It's sads me that Tripwire went through typical shooter gameplay for RS2.
